This policy explains what Bigworks Promotions - F.Z.E (“Bigworks”, “we”) does with personal data when you use bigworkspromo.com, contact us, or take part in a promotion or event we run. We are licensed by the Ajman Free Zones Authority (Licence No. 55590) and operate under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you give us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, company, email, phone number and the brief you describe.
• Event participation data when you register for, attend or take part in an activation, competition or promotion we manage on a client’s behalf.
• Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type and pages viewed, collected via essential cookies and, only with your consent, analytics cookies.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To plan, run and report on the campaign or event you are involved in.
• To meet legal, permit and accounting obligations.
• To improve this website (analytics, with consent only).

We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with suppliers needed to deliver a project (venues, production crews, permit authorities, media platforms), with our clients where you have taken part in their promotion, and where the law requires. Suppliers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Project and event records are kept for the period required by UAE commercial and tax rules. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, or object to processing, by contacting us at the address on our contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
