Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of bigworkspromo.com and to any proposal, quotation or engagement with Bigworks Promotions - F.Z.E (“Bigworks”), a Free Zone Establishment licensed by the Ajman Free Zones Authority under Licence No. 55590. By using the site or engaging our services you accept them.

Website use

The site is provided for information. Content, branding and imagery are owned by Bigworks or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. We may change or withdraw the site at any time. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Proposals and engagement

An enquiry does not create a contract. Services are provided only under a written proposal or agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal prevails.

Fees and payment

Fees are stated in AED unless agreed otherwise and exclude VAT. Unless the agreement says otherwise, a deposit is payable to confirm a booking and the balance is due before the event or campaign start date. Third-party costs (venues, permits, talent, media spend) are passed through at cost or as itemised in the proposal.

Client responsibilities

The client provides brand assets, approvals and information on time, holds the rights to any material it supplies, and is responsible for the accuracy of any claims made in its promotions.

Changes and cancellation

Scope changes are agreed in writing and may affect fees and timing. Cancellation terms, including non-refundable deposits and supplier commitments already made, are set out in each proposal.

Permits and compliance

Bigworks obtains the event, promotion and advertising permits its licence allows and advises where the client must obtain approvals in its own name. Both parties comply with applicable UAE law and platform policies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman, and its courts have jurisdiction.
